He managed several related projects in the 23xx-PUMA development team directions to execute short/long-term plans, which includes defining scope, planning, implementation, and integration of every aspect of the comprehensive program and customer and end-customer interactions, technical discussions with domain experts, marketing and application characterization teams, identifying, managing, and mitigating risks. He also managed resource planning, recruitment, induction activities, training, coaching and motivating teams, performance management, and performance appraisal exercises.
